You can do 

svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/cp2k/code/trunk cp2k
svn checkout http://svn.code.sf.net/p/cp2k/code/trunk cp2k
go to https://github.com/cp2k/cp2k  and download zip

For the latest rev. 

If you want the specific one 15436 svn checkout -r 15436 
svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/cp2k/code/trunk cp2k
