Cons Qty is still increasing

Hello, everyone. I found the Cons Qty in the **.ener file is still 
increasing with the increasing simulation times (see fig). I think if the 
system is up to equilibrium, this term should be constant. 
However, the fact is shown in the following figure. What it does happen?
