PLUMED and CP2K

Dear cp2k community,

After some interruption, plumed 1.3 is now available for cp2k again.

The code has been updated in order to be able to compile cp2k with plumed
support again.
A short tutorial on how to install and enable plumed is available at
    http://cp2k.org/howto:install_with_plumed

Any help in testing and spotting bugs with the plumed/cp2k interface, and
the build procedure is highly appreciated.
