Frequency dependent dielectric constant calculation

Hello Experts,

I am sorry for posting bit off topic here. 

Does anyone know or have a post processing scripts to calculate frequency 
dependent dielectric constant from dipole moment? Basically time 
correlation function is calculated from total dipole moment of the system.
