dielectric function

dear Matt, 
I calculated the absorption cross section using real time propagation method
,I got a file Contains the corrected dipoles in Debye in x, y and z 
direction named "dip-control.dat" and file Contains  absorption cross 
section.
how I can have dielectric function from this files or this method?
