optical conductivity and transmittance

Hello dear developers and users 
I have two questions for developers CP2K: 
1) I ask is that "OPTICAL_CONDUCTIVITY" section is active or not 
2) I calculated the absorption of materials in using the RTP real time 
propagation for the electron dynamics, is that I can get the epsilon2 or 
transmittance based on the vectors of the dipole moment in RTP
