Is gmx2gromos program available?

Dear all, 

I would like to use CP2K/Fist simulation and I need to convert the topology 
file from gromos force filed to the topology file that is readable for 
CP2K, as it is not trivial to convert it by hand, I searched and I found 
there was a program, gmx2gromos that was written by Alex few years ago, The 
files are not available so far. I would like ask Alex or someone else that 
used this converter,  Is it possible to have the program and use it?
