Prof. Hutter mentioned that KPoints isn't ready, maybe it would be
better to tone that item down to "KPoints Framework and SCPTB
implementation" or something like that? As I understand it, GPW/GAPW are
not KPoint-enabled at this point?

Also, what about LRIGPW?  It is only mentioned indirectly in the
"Optimization of LRI basis sets" item.  Is this ready yet and if so,
should it be added to the list of features?
