ld: cannot find -lsmm_dnn

I am trying to compile with gfortran on x86_64 popt but in the last second 
it colapse with this message;
ld: cannot find -lsmm_dnn

This line on ARCH seems to cause the error1
LIBS     = -lsmm_dnn -lderiv
