You are right. Deleting ${INTEL_INC} in LDFLAGS solved the problem.

Dear Zhou Huiqun,

  The old problem: The option "-I" does not have a proper argument
("${INTEL_INC}" is empty/not set?), it eats the following option "-o" that
should proceed the location of the binary to be linked. Please set an
argument to "-I" or remove the option.
