Compiling CP2K 2.3 popt on Linux x86-64

Hello,

As said above, I am trying to compile cp2k 2.3 popt on Linux x86-64 using 
g95. What would be the best way to construct my arch file? What libraries 
would be recommended and if so, in what order?
