I have patched CP2K for Debian now with the attached patch, and adding
-D__FFTW3_UNALIGNED to $(DFLAGS) on the failing architecture (only ia32
seems to be affected) as a work-around.
I guess a much more elegant patch could be thought of, but this one
works so far.
