Hi Aaron,

to be precise there is no restart for the full NMA (where it would be 
actually most useful). The mode selective NMA has a restart and should give 
you in the limit of 3*Natom derivative calculations the same answer as the 
full NMA. Nevertheless, I will put it on my to do list, but can't promise 
when it will be implemented.
