WARNING: Number of MPI greater than GPUs / Floating point exception

Removing all new options one by one, it turns out that the culprit was 
HWLOC. What is the correct way of linking that library?

Removing any mention of hwloc in the arch file the program compiles and 
runs well in tests/QS/C.inp

However, tests/QS/benchmark/H2O-32.inp fails with the following error:
