[CP2K:3240] QM/MM topology error

Dear Michael,

a fix is available in the CVS. It was actually something non-related to QM/MM, a bug present in the 
generate module of CP2K, which was triggered by the usage of QM/MM. Anyway, your input goes through now.

Need to download (from CVS) and recompile.
