DKH relativistic effect with spin-orbit interaction ?

Dear Cp2k community,

  I am wondering whether the Douglas-Kroll-Hess relativistic effect
implemented in CP2k includes spin-orbit interaction?

  In other words, does the DKH Hamiltonian have one or two components?
