bug of finite external electric fields ?

Hi Hanning,

Thank you for highlighting this. It waas a real bug and the fix is
already in CVS.
If you want to use this feature, be anyway a bit careful, it was just
implemented and never really tested.
By the way, as this is only implemented for nonperiodic fields, don't
forget to use CENTER_COORDINATES. There will be a discontinuity of the
field at the boundary of the simulation cell.
