you should use instead a plain install binary (normally in /usr/bin/
install or /bin/install ) ...
check your path.. It's clear that G03 messed up something on it.. or
maybe setup the value
of the ${INSTALL} which is then used by the configuring script of
makedepf90.
Two options:
-) you can hard-core in your configure script: cp2k/tools/makedepf90/
configure the value of the
install program
-)Uninstall G03 and complain with them about it ;-)
I would go for option 2.. ;-)
