Ilya,

in principle you're right.. but your list is too ambitious at the  
moment..
Metadynamics, GAPW would require too much work to go into a release..
So the first one, in my opinion, should be a very basic (I fully  
agree with the Axel original list),
and doesn't matter whether there will be unique features or not.. The  
important is to start somewhere..
and the best is to start with your eyes on the sky and your feet on  
the ground.
