Compiling in AMD Opteron using G95

It turns out this is a *very stupid* mistake! In Makefile.rule, you can only
choose G95, G77, INTEL, IBM...which are not command! If I want to use the
"/home/liang/g95-install/bin/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-g95" I have to go
ahead modify the line 186 in Makefile.rule. I didn't do it before just
because on line 71-73 it is written

Fortunately I found it by myself. And there is a reason!

PS: I'd like to say that there are no that bug (as I mentioned) in
lapack-3.1.1 and GotoBLAS as well.
