Restart backups

Hello!

When I specify __ROOT__%MOTION%PRINT%RESTART%BACKUP_COPIES set to 0
the program appends the restart to the NAME-1.restart file instead of
overwriting it. But when __ROOT__%MOTION%PRINT%RESTART%BACKUP_COPIES
is 1 it keeps one backup and overwrites. Is it a correct behavior?
