Hi Teo,
The pgi I am using is 6.2.5. I recompiled the code with
FCFLAGS = -O3 -Mscalarsse -Mvect=sse -Mcache_align -DLIBC_ULIMIT_HACK
-DLIBC_RENAME_HACK
instead of "-fastsse -tp amd64"
It works now.
