On CP2K? Specifically on CP2K there are just the papers, whose  
references can be found on the web at http://cp2k.berlios.de/input.
If you look for a general book on MD and molecular simulations then  
one of the best is definitely Frenkel-Smit ("understanding molecular
simulation"), though there are quite many other books around, more or  
less rigorous on the topic (i.e. at several levels).
