I had the same experimence as you. The compiler version was v9.1 something.
When I used the compiler v10.1 (details see above email, also the same arch
file as you), the problem is solved. I mean I can compile the cp2k and reach
cp2k.sopt.

Once you reach that point, please tell me whether it can pass one of the
test in ./cp2k/tests/QS.
