emacs language mode for editing cp2k input files

hi again,

i just uploaded an updated version of the cp2k mode
for emacsen. it can now recognize known section names
and keywords and contains the scripts to automate keeping
those definitions up-to-date. i also removed a minor
glitch in handling the return key. it also supports
the hideshow minor mode to hide parts of the input
(at the moment only comments can be hidden).

as usual, the TODO list is growing faster than the
list of features. feel free to comment on it, add to
it or implement some of it.
